Dennis Way
Dennis Way has been a trusted advisor to families for more than 40 years. Dennis and his team work to understand each client’s financial circumstances and help them strive for the best outcomes. Dennis simply stated, “Our friends and clients trust us to give them confidence and reassurance when it comes to their personal financial affairs. What we want, what is most important to us is our client’s financial well-being. Throughout my career, my focus has always been to forge life-long partnerships with our clients. Our team’s role is to be additive to and supportive of each client’s personal objectives and desires for their future. It is important that we work closely with them to develop and implement an actionable plan that seeks to provide financial stability and independence.”
Prior to joining Way and Way, Dennis was a Senior Vice President and financial advisor with Stephens Inc. and The Robinson-Humphrey Co., which later became a part of Morgan Stanley. Dennis received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina.
Dennis has been active in his community as a volunteer for Sistercare, an advocacy organization for survivors of domestic violence. He also served on the board and the development committee for the Hammond School, an independent college preparatory day school. Dennis has three children and lives in Columbia, South Carolina. When Dennis is not spending time with his children, he enjoys exercising, reading, and painting abstract art.
Reese Way
Reese Way began his career in finance as a college student in 2012. Early on Reese worked at Vista Wealth Management and Harwood Wealth Management as a Sales Associate assisting other financial advisors. Reese joined his father at Stephens Inc. in 2016 and has been an integral part of helping families plan for and pursue their financial goals. In 2021, he joined his father, Dennis, at Way & Way, registering with Independent Advisor Alliance and partnering with LPL Financial.
Since the start of his career, Reese has always striven to help his clients understand the markets, navigate the complexity of investing, and work toward their financial goals. Reese believes it is important to develop strong relationships with his clients so he can craft a financial plan and investment portfolio that best suits them.
Reese grew up and resides in Columbia, SC. He graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. While Reese is passionate about capital markets and investing, he also enjoys reading, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family.
Rose Siron
Way & Way and, more importantly, our clients are fortunate to have Rose Siron as our Director of Operations.
Rose, a native South Carolinian, has a long and accomplished career in supporting large businesses and caring for the needs of clients. An industry veteran, Rose, started with the distinguished firm of Robinson Humphrey in 1995, where she served as Senior Associate. Her diligence and attention to detail have been continuously recognized with greater and greater responsibility. She ascended to Operations Manager with Smith Barney and then Complex Service Manager with Morgan Stanley.
Rose is a valued member of Way & Way and leads all client service processes.
Jane Goodyear
Jane Goodyear, our Director of Communications, is a welcome addition to Way & Way. She is a long-term friend and former colleague of Dennis and Rose at Stephens Inc.
Jane, a Columbia native, graduated from St. Mary’s College in Raleigh, NC with an Associates in Arts degree and from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a degree in Sociology. Since launching her career in 2000 in the investment industry, Jane has acquired an acute understanding of the importance of maintaining and servicing new and existing client relationships. Jane also has the vital role of overseeing compliance operations.
Jane is an important member of Way & Way and crucial to team management and client outreach.
